Chris Kauffman, CPA, CFE
Chief Investment Officer & Portfolio Manager
Prior to founding Agman Capital in 2017, Chris was instrumental in the growth of Agman Partners, a single-family investment office where he served as Principal. In addition to managing the family office’s public equity portfolio, he oversaw various private equity investments and hedge fund relationships.
Chris’s diverse career experiences as a board member, executive, entrepreneur, and auditor meld together to create a unique and well-rounded perspective as an investor.
Chris earned degrees in Finance and Accounting from Cedarville University in 2005 and is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
Sean joined Agman Capital in 2019. Previously, he was a Portfolio Manager at TS Capital, a private options-oriented trading strategy. He was also a member of the Investment Committee for TS Prosperity Group, a wealth management group in the Omaha area.
Sean earned degrees in Finance and Economics from Creighton University. While at Creighton, he was a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon, an Economics Honors Society, as well as a member of the university’s Portfolio Practicum, a student-run investment management group that actively managed a portion of Creighton's Endowment Fund.
Sean is a Level III Candidate in the CFA Program.
H. Scott Silverman
Scott Silverman is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Agman Partners and serves as an advisor to Agman Capital. Agman Partners practices an entrepreneurial and collaborative approach to value investing, with an emphasis on high conviction and long duration positions.
Scott has served an instrumental role in many private enterprises, including as a founder, initial investor and Chairman of theBoard of Directors. A number of these businesses have been acquired or publicly listed, created billions of dollars in value for shareholders, generated thousands of jobs and developed products that have improved countless lives.
In both his business and philanthropic pursuits, Scott has sponsored numerous initiatives focused on diversity, sustainability, community, and health. In companies under Agman’s control, for instance, more than half of the team members and nearly a third of leadership includes women, minorities and veterans. Scott considers these initiatives fundamental to Agman’s success.
Scott received a doctorate from the University of Oxford as a Keasbey Memorial Scholar. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with High Honors from Dartmouth College and first in his class from The Latin School of Chicago.
